About The Position

Clarks is hiring a part-time Retail Team Lead. The role supports store operations, sales performance, customer service, merchandising, shipment processing, and colleague training. The Team Lead serves as Manager on Duty when the Store Manager and Assistant Manager are absent, helps maintain a comfortable and clean work environment, and represents the Clarks brand while following loss-prevention and other company policies.

Requirements

• Ability to stand for extended periods.
• Ability to bend frequently.
• Ability to climb and move ladders.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the Manager on Duty in the absence of the Store Manager and Assistant Manager.
• Consistently deliver positive sales performance.
• Organize store merchandise and back stock and ensure products are placed properly.
• Oversee receipt of shipments and maintain a clean work environment.
• Assist with training and coaching employees on policies and procedures.
• Provide excellent customer service.
• Upsell multiple pairs of shoes and accessories when appropriate.
• Represent the Clarks brand.
• Follow policies and procedures related to loss prevention and shrinkage.
• Help create a comfortable work environment for colleagues.
