About The Position

Clarks is hiring a part-time Team Lead to support store operations and deliver positive sales and customer service experiences. The Team Lead may serve as Manager on Duty when the Store Manager and Assistant Manager are absent, help organize merchandise and back stock, oversee shipment receipt, and assist with training and coaching employees. The role also includes maintaining a clean and comfortable work environment, following loss-prevention policies, and representing the Clarks brand.

Responsibilities

• Serve as Manager on Duty when the Store Manager and Assistant Manager are absent.
• Consistently deliver positive sales performance.
• Organize store merchandise and back stock, ensuring proper product placement.
• Oversee receipt of shipments and maintain a clean work environment.
• Assist in training and coaching employees on policies and procedures.
• Provide impeccable customer service.
• Upsell customers, when appropriate, on multiple pairs and accessories.
• Exemplify the Clarks brand.
• Follow policies and procedures related to loss prevention and shrinkage.
• Create a comfortable work environment for colleagues.
