About The Position

As a Merchandising Colleague, also known as a Front of House Colleague, you will support a seamless and inspiring in-store experience by moving and placing merchandise, improving the visual appeal of the sales floor, maintaining organized and shoppable displays, and keeping pricing and promotional signage accurate. You will provide a visible, welcoming presence, greet customers, listen to their needs, and offer assistance. You will collaborate with colleagues across departments to support sales and create a positive, hospitable environment. Daily work includes preparing and organizing the sales floor, supporting visual merchandising by updating mannequins and floor layouts, recovering sales areas and fitting rooms, replenishing merchandise, updating signs and prices, and helping with merchandise moves. You will share loyalty program benefits, assist with acquiring new customers and opening credit accounts, work toward sales goals, and help close out the day by restocking and preparing the department for the next business day. The role requires flexible availability for days, evenings, weekends, and holidays. Schedules include weekend shifts and depend on business needs and colleague availability.

Responsibilities
