About The Position

The Shoe Expeditor processes new merchandise and recovers the shoe sales area while maintaining high customer service and presentation standards. The role includes fulfilling shoe orders, supporting displays and inventory activities, and keeping the sales area clean, orderly, and ready for customers. Other duties may be assigned as needed.

Requirements

Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Ability to work a flexible retail schedule, including days, evenings, weekends, and/or holidays.
Ability to use computers and other technology, including handheld electronic equipment.
Ability to frequently lift or move up to 50 pounds.

Responsibilities

Recover the shoe sales floor and scan inventory back into stock.
Maintain shoe inventory accuracy through accurate scanning and placement.
Receive and process new merchandise.
Help move tables and fixtures on the shoe sales floor for new merchandise, seasonal changes, clearance sets, and special events.
Set up shoe displays for new merchandise, seasonal changes, clearance sets, and special events.
Pull orders from stock and stage them for selling colleagues.
Fulfill shoe orders.
Process damages, returns to vendors, and shoe jobbers.
Replenish displays and other products as needed.
Assist with markdowns and seasonal inventory.
Maintain orderliness and cleanliness in the shoe sales area.
Respond to customer service needs in a friendly and helpful manner.
Maintain customer-ready standards by providing a clean, neat, easy-to-shop store environment.
Maintain dependable attendance and punctuality.
