About The Position

As a Merchandising Colleague, also known as a Front of House Colleague, you help deliver a seamless and inspiring in-store experience. You execute merchandise movement and placement strategies, improve the visual appeal of the sales floor, maintain organized and shoppable displays, and keep pricing and promotional signage accurate and up to date. You provide a visible, welcoming presence, greet customers, and offer assistance. You work with colleagues across departments to support shared goals and sales, contributing to a positive and hospitable environment. Your day may include preparing and organizing the sales floor, updating mannequins and layouts to company directives, assisting customers, recovering the sales floor and fitting rooms, replenishing merchandise, updating signs and prices, and supporting merchandise moves. You also share loyalty program benefits, help customers complete their shopping, thank them, and work with the team to restock and prepare the department for the next day. Colleagues are expected to take pride in their work, pursue improvement, learn from one another, and contribute to individual and store results.

Requirements

Flexible availability for days, evenings, weekends, and holidays, with regular, dependable attendance and punctuality.

Ability to talk, lift, move constantly, stand, and reach with arms and hands.
Ability to stand for at least two consecutive hours; lift up to 50 lbs.; stoop, kneel, crouch, climb ladders, and reach, including above eye level.
Close vision, color vision, depth perception, and focus adjustment.
Frequent use of computers and other technology, including handheld equipment and cash registers, and ability to process register transactions.

Responsibilities
