About The Position

The Shoe Expeditor processes new merchandise and recovers the shoe sales area while maintaining high customer service and presentation standards. The role includes handling shoe inventory and orders, supporting floor and display changes, replenishing merchandise, and helping keep the sales area orderly, clean, and ready for customers. The associate also performs other duties as needed.

Responsibilities

Recover the shoe sales floor and scan inventory back into stock.
Maintain shoe inventory integrity by ensuring accurate scanning and placement.
Receive and process new merchandise.
Assist with moving tables and fixtures on the shoe sales floor for new merchandise, seasonal changes, clearance sets, and special events.
Set up shoe displays for new merchandise, seasonal changes, clearance sets, and special events.
Pull orders from stock and stage them for selling colleagues.
Fulfill shoe orders.
Process damages, returns to vendors, and shoe jobbers.
Replenish displays and other products as needed.
Assist with the markdown process.
Assist with seasonal inventory.
Maintain orderliness and cleanliness of the shoe sales area.
Attend to customer service needs in a friendly and helpful manner when approached.
Maintain customer readiness standards by providing a clean, neat, easy-to-shop store environment.
Maintain dependable attendance and punctuality.
