Retail Support Associate - Shoe Expeditor, Summerlin - Part Time
About The Position
As a Shoe Expeditor, you will help ensure smooth operations within the Women’s Shoe department. You will quickly locate and deliver requested products to selling colleagues, keep the department clean and organized, and provide exceptional customer service. The role calls for urgency, attention to detail, collaboration, and teamwork to support an easy and enjoyable shopping experience. This is a part-time retail position. Colleagues in part-time roles are typically scheduled 12–24 hours per week, depending on business needs and availability. The schedule may include days, evenings, nights, weekends, and holidays.
Requirements

Responsibilities
- Greet customers, answer questions, provide assistance, and address concerns to support a positive shopping experience.
- Conduct sales transactions, including operating cash registers, handling payments, and processing exchanges and returns.
- Pull orders from the stockroom quickly and accurately and stage them for sales colleagues.
- Locate and pull merchandise to fulfill digital customer orders.
- Arrange and replenish displays to maintain an orderly and visually appealing store.
- Organize the stockroom; process new and damaged items; perform shoe inventory; and scan items back into stock.
- Maintain accurate pricing and signage, using technology to update product prices, promotions, and product and fixture information in accordance with company guidelines and policies.
