About The Position

As a Merchandising Colleague, also known as a Front of House Colleague, you help deliver a seamless and inspiring in-store experience. You execute merchandise movement and placement strategies, enhance the visual appeal of the sales floor, maintain organized and shoppable displays, and keep pricing and promotional signage accurate and current. You provide a welcoming customer presence, greet customers, and offer assistance. Working with colleagues across departments, you support shared goals, sales, and a positive culture of hospitality. Daily work includes preparing and organizing the sales floor, supporting visual merchandising by updating mannequins and layouts, and aligning presentations with company directives. You assist customers through welcoming interactions and thoughtful guidance, recover the sales floor and fitting rooms, update signs and pricing, replenish merchandise, and support merchandise moves. You share loyalty program benefits, help customers with their needs, and work with the team to restock and prepare the department for the next day. Colleagues are expected to support one another, take pride in their work, pursue continuous improvement, and contribute to sales and store results.

Requirements

Ability to talk, lift, move constantly, stand, and reach with arms and hands; stand for at least two consecutive hours; lift up to 50 pounds; stoop, kneel, crouch, climb ladders, and reach above eye level.
Close vision, color vision, depth perception, and focus adjustment.
Frequent use of computers and other technology, including handheld equipment and cash registers, and ability to process register transactions.

Responsibilities

Restock and reorganize the department and help prepare it for the next day.
