Seasonal Retail Fragrances Sales Associate, Ross Park Mall
About The Position
As a Seasonal Fragrance Sales Support colleague, you help create a warm, inviting experience in the fragrance department. You maintain a beautifully merchandised, fully stocked space while supporting the sales team behind the scenes and on the sales floor. Tasks include preparing products, restocking displays, and assisting with transactions. Your attention to detail and hospitality help ensure every guest feels cared for. The role combines customer service and sales support: anticipating team needs, keeping the department shop-ready, and creating positive customer experiences during the busy season. Seasonal colleagues are typically scheduled for 10–20 hours per week, depending on business needs and colleague availability.
Requirements
- Flexible availability for days, evenings, weekends, and holidays.

- Close vision, color vision, depth perception, and focus adjustment.
- Ability to frequently use computers and other technology, including handheld equipment and a cash register.
Responsibilities
- Help keep the sales floor clean, organized, and prepared for customers.
- Welcome customers, make eye contact, and create friendly, personal conversations that build customer relationships.
- Maintain a shoppable fragrance department by merchandising new receipts, restocking displays, and supporting merchandise moves.
- Process damages, testers, and selected merchandise for return to vendors.
- Update signs and pricing.
- Assist with customer transactions, including processing register transactions.
- Share Loyalty program benefits, ensure customers have what they need, and provide a sincere thank-you.
- Stay informed about new arrivals, top-selling items, trends, promotions, and sales goals.
- Collaborate with and support teammates to serve customers and the community.
- Work toward sales goals and contribute to individual and store results.
