About The Position
The Shoe Expeditor supports smooth operations in the Women’s Shoe department by quickly locating and delivering requested products to selling colleagues and keeping the department clean and organized. The role requires urgency, attention to detail, teamwork, and a commitment to providing exceptional customer service and an easy, enjoyable shopping experience. The position involves customer assistance and sales transactions, pulling and staging stockroom and digital orders, replenishing displays, maintaining stockroom organization and inventory, processing new and damaged merchandise, and keeping product pricing and signage accurate. Colleagues use technology to update product prices, promotions, and product and fixture information in accordance with company guidelines and policies. The role also calls for flexible availability, including days, evenings, nights, weekends, and holidays, in a fast-paced retail environment.

Responsibilities
- Greet customers, answer questions, and provide friendly, professional assistance; address concerns and resolve issues promptly.
- Conduct sales transactions, including operating cash registers, handling payments, and processing exchanges or returns.
- Quickly and accurately pull orders from the stockroom and stage them for sales colleagues.
- Locate and pull merchandise to fulfill digital customer orders.
- Arrange and replenish displays to maintain an orderly and visually appealing store.
- Organize the stockroom, process new and damaged items, perform shoe inventory, and scan items back into stock.
- Maintain accurate pricing and signage throughout the department, using technology to update prices, promotions, and product and fixture information in accordance with company guidelines and policies.
