About The Position

The Retail Supervisor is a part-time, customer-facing leadership role responsible for guiding the sales floor, supporting daily store operations, and helping teammates succeed. As a trusted keyholder and shift lead, the supervisor partners with the Store Manager and store team to support performance, culture, and community. The role brings Fjällräven’s mission and service standards to life through thoughtful leadership, genuine guest connections, and a store culture grounded in sustainability, curiosity, and care.

Requirements

Prior experience in retail or customer service.
Leadership skills rooted in trust, example, and collaboration.
A strong track record of delivering thoughtful, memorable guest experiences.
Clear communication, organization, and time-management skills.
Passion for the outdoors, sustainability, and continuous learning.
Comfort using retail systems such as POS and inventory tools, or willingness to learn.

Responsibilities

Lead by example on the sales floor, coaching and motivating teammates to deliver exceptional service.
Welcome, educate, and inspire guests in line with Fjällräven’s GUIDE service standards.
Foster a positive, collaborative team culture grounded in respect, learning, and shared purpose.
Open and close the store as a keyholder, supporting cash handling, store readiness, and daily transitions.
Support operational excellence, including inventory accuracy, stock organization, and visual standards.
Help maintain a safe, secure, and compliant store environment.
Model sustainability and share programs such as the Arctic Fox Initiative with guests and teammates.
Support community engagement through store events and local partnerships that reflect Fjällräven’s values.
Represent the brand with authenticity, curiosity, and care in and beyond the store.
