About The Position

The Retail Supervisor, referred to as a Specialist at Nike, represents Nike in a high-volume, fast-paced retail environment. The role supports customers in making product decisions, delivers excellent customer service, and works with teammates toward shared goals. Supervisors lead by example, bring Nike’s Service Principles to life throughout the customer journey, and help create a welcoming store experience. The position also includes retail operations such as register operation, shipping and receiving, stocking, cleaning, and building visual displays.

This is a full-time role at the Nike Thornton store in Thornton, Colorado, for 34–40 hours per week, including nights and weekends. The hourly rate ranges from $22.00 to $28.60 and varies based on location, qualifications, skills, and experience. The posting is anticipated to close on October 29, 2026.

Requirements

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• At least 1 year of retail or consumer service experience.
• Flexibility to work nights, weekends, and holidays based on store needs.
• Ability to use customer service authentically so customers feel seen and understood.
• Ability to learn and train on the latest products and technologies.
• Ability to bend, squat, reach, climb a ladder, and stand for extended periods, with or without reasonable accommodations.
