About The Position

Nike Retail Associates, known as Athletes, bring the “Just Do It” mindset to life by helping consumers discover Nike products and delivering an excellent store experience. The role serves consumers, builds brand trust and loyalty, and contributes to a fast-paced, high-traffic store environment. Associates work across store zones and consumer needs as part of a team, with a focus on service, product knowledge, store standards, and shared goals. The starting hourly rate is $19.00. Standard shifts are generally scheduled between 5:00 AM and 11:00 PM in the store’s time zone; overnight positions may work between 9:00 PM and 7:00 AM. Schedules vary by location, season, business needs, and employment type. Employees are expected to commit to their stated availability and maintain flexibility within it; business needs may occasionally require availability outside those hours or additional/different availability. An online personality and behavioral assessment is part of the application process.

Requirements

Must be at least 18 years old.
Be flexible with scheduling and available for retail hours, which may include day, evening, weekend, and/or holiday shifts based on department and store/company needs.
Physical requirements may include bending, squatting, reaching, climbing a ladder, and standing for extended periods, with or without reasonable accommodations.
