About The Position

Nike Retail Associates, known as Athletes, bring the “Just Do It” mindset to life by helping consumers discover products that inspire them. They serve consumers in a fast-paced, high-traffic store environment, working across store zones and consumer needs as part of a team to build brand trust and loyalty and provide an exceptional Nike store experience. The starting hourly rate is $19.00. Employees must commit to their stated availability and remain flexible within it. Standard shifts are generally scheduled between 5:00 AM and 11:00 PM in the store’s timezone; overnight positions may be scheduled between 9:00 PM and 7:00 AM. Schedules vary by location, season, business demands, store needs, and employment type. Managers will make every effort to schedule within the employee’s availability, though business needs may occasionally require working outside it or providing additional or different availability. Expected weekly hours are 32–40 for full-time, 14–29 for part-time, up to 40 for seasonal positions based on business need, and 5–15 for part-time under positions. The application process includes an online assessment involving personality and behavioral preference questions. Assessment results are used in determining who advances in the hiring process. Accommodations for the assessment and interview process are available upon request. Relocation support and work authorization assistance are not available.

Requirements

Must be at least 18 years old.
Flexible with scheduling and available to work retail hours, which may include day, evening, weekend, and/or holiday shifts based on department and store/company needs.
Ability to bend, squat, reach, climb a ladder, and stand for extended periods, with or without reasonable accommodations.
