About The Position

As a Nike Retail Supervisor, referred to as a Specialist, you represent NIKE and help customers make informed product choices in a high-volume, fast-paced retail environment. You work with the team to deliver customer service, support shared goals, and create positive customer experiences. The role includes leading by example in accordance with Nike’s Service Principles and helping bring the consumer journey to life.

Requirements

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Use customer service authentically to ensure customers feel seen and understood.
• Ability to learn and train on the latest products and technologies.
• Flexibility to work nights, weekends, and holidays based on store needs.
• Ability to bend, squat, reach, climb a ladder, and stand for extended periods, with or without reasonable accommodations.

• One year of retail or consumer service experience preferred.

• Operate a cash register and perform shipping and receiving duties.
• Stock products, clean, and build visual displays.
• Attend store events to support teammates.
