About The Position

As a Nike Retail Supervisor, referred to as a Specialist, you represent NIKE in a high-volume, fast-paced retail environment. You help customers make informed choices, support a strong customer-service experience, and work with teammates to achieve shared goals. The role involves bringing Nike’s Service Principles to life, creating welcoming customer journeys, and supporting store operations.

Requirements

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Use customer service authentically to ensure customers feel seen and understood.
• Ability to learn and train on the latest products and technologies.
• Ability to bend, squat, reach, climb a ladder, and stand for extended periods, with or without reasonable accommodations.
• Flexibility to work nights, weekends, and holidays based on store needs.

• One year of retail or consumer service experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Be enthusiastic, excited, and knowledgeable about NIKE products and services to support customer needs.

• Make customers feel welcome, show care for their wants and needs, and exceed expectations throughout their journey.

• Operate a cash register and perform shipping and receiving duties.
• Stock products, clean, and build visual displays, with or without accommodations.
• Attend store events and show up for teammates.
