About The Position

The Retail Supervisor, referred to as a Specialist at Nike, represents NIKE to customers in a high-volume, fast-paced retail environment. The role supports customers in selecting products, delivers customer service aligned with Nike’s Service Principles, and works with teammates to achieve shared goals and create a positive customer experience. The position is full-time, 34–40 hours per week, at the Nike Factory Store in Vacaville, California, and includes nights and weekends.

Requirements

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• At least 1 year of retail or consumer service experience.
• Flexibility to work nights, weekends, and holidays based on store needs.
• Ability to provide authentic customer service so customers feel seen and understood.
• Ability to learn and train on the latest products and technologies.
• Ability to bend, squat, reach, climb a ladder, and stand for extended periods, with or without reasonable accommodations.

• Operate a cash register and perform shipping and receiving duties.
• Stock products, clean, and build visual displays, with or without accommodations.
• Attend store events and support teammates.
