About The Position

As a Nike Retail Supervisor, also referred to as a Specialist, you are the face of NIKE in a high-volume, fast-paced retail environment. You use your experience and perspective to help customers make the best decisions for them, while working with your team to prioritize customer service and achieve shared goals. The role focuses on creating welcoming, memorable customer experiences and bringing Nike’s Service Principles to life.

This is a full-time position at the Nike Factory Store Foxwoods in Mashantucket, Connecticut. The schedule is 34–40 hours per week and includes nights and weekends. The hourly pay range is $20.50–$26.65, with the actual rate depending on location, qualifications, skills, and experience. Native Americans receive preference in accordance with Tribal law.

Requirements

• Must be at least 18 years old in the United States.
• At least 1 year of retail or consumer service experience.
• Flexibility to work nights, weekends, and holidays based on store needs.
• Use customer service authentically so customers feel seen and understood.
• Ability to learn and train on the latest products and technologies.
• Ability to bend, squat, reach, climb a ladder, and stand for extended periods, with or without reasonable accommodations.
