About The Position

The Retail Supervisor, referred to as a Specialist at Nike, represents Nike in a high-volume, fast-paced retail environment and helps customers make informed product choices. The role works closely with the team to deliver customer service, support store goals, and create positive customer experiences. Supervisors lead by example, uphold Nike’s Service Principles, and contribute to daily store operations, including sales-floor and stockroom tasks.

Requirements

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• At least 1 year of retail or consumer service experience.
• Flexibility to work nights, weekends, and holidays based on store needs.
• Use customer service authentically to help customers feel seen and understood.
• Ability to learn and train on the latest products and technologies.
• Ability to bend, squat, reach, climb a ladder, and stand for extended periods, with or without reasonable accommodations.
