About The Position

Mobily is seeking a Retail Store Manager to lead the sales and operations of its Tucson, Arizona store. The manager is responsible for driving business performance, delivering excellent customer experiences, and building a successful team. The role involves leading by example on the sales floor, coaching and developing employees, supporting product and service launches, managing inventory, and handling administrative responsibilities. The position is full-time, with an eight-hour shift on weekdays and every Saturday; work may also include evenings, weekends, and holidays based on business needs.

Requirements

Fluent in English and Spanish.
Two years of proven retail sales management experience, including interactive sales and commissioned sales.
Two years of experience recruiting, hiring, and developing successful store sales teams.
Excellent sales skills and demonstrated ability to meet or exceed performance standards.
Ability to motivate, lead, and develop others.
Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays as business needs require.
Ability to operate a personal computer, wireless equipment, copier, and fax.
Effective communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Reliable transportation to assist at other locations within a 30-minute radius of the home store when needed.
Valid driver’s license and auto insurance.

Launch new products and services in collaboration with the District Manager and other key partners.
Train and develop the team to sell confidently and knowledgeably.
Maintain a clean, welcoming, and efficient store environment.
Work actively on the sales floor to coach and motivate the team.
Manage store inventory.
Handle administrative duties, including compliance and reporting.
Lead the store’s sales and operations and drive business performance.
