Bilingual Spanish Retail Store Manager
About The Position
The Retail Store Manager oversees the daily operation of an AT&T retail store, including merchandising, product launches, and meeting or exceeding sales objectives. The manager ensures customers receive an extraordinary experience with AT&T products and services and performs outreach and promotional activities, including off-site events as needed. The role includes coaching and developing retail sales consultants so they meet sales and service goals. Paid training is provided. The posting seeks a bilingual Spanish- and English-speaking candidate and notes that bilingual employees may receive additional starting pay.
Requirements
- Speak Spanish and English.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills.
- Three or more years of sales and/or customer experience in telecommunications or a related industry.
- Prior management experience.
- Well-developed planning, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
- Familiarity with wireless terminology, industry trends, and AT&T mobility systems.
- Ability to collaborate with key stakeholders on initiatives beyond store walls.
