About The Position

The Retail Store Manager oversees all aspects of the daily operation of an AT&T retail store. The role covers merchandising and product launches, meeting and exceeding sales objectives, and ensuring customers receive an extraordinary experience with AT&T products and services. The manager also performs outreach and promotional activities, including off-site events as needed. The manager leads, coaches, and develops a team of retail sales consultants to help them meet sales and service goals. AT&T provides paid training to support leadership success. This full-time, onsite office role is based at 8889 Gateway Blvd W in El Paso, Texas. The schedule is 40 hours per week. Salary is $55,000–$82,600, plus commission; individual starting pay may depend on geography, experience, expertise, and education or training.

Requirements

Excellent communication and leadership skills.
Three or more years of sales and/or customer experience in telecommunications or a related industry.
Prior management experience.
Well-developed planning, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
Familiarity with wireless terminology, industry trends, and AT&T mobility systems.
Ability to collaborate with key stakeholders on initiatives beyond store walls.
