About The Position

The Retail Store Manager oversees all aspects of a retail store’s daily operations, including merchandising, product launches, sales objectives, customer experience, and promotional outreach. The role leads and develops a team of retail sales consultants, coaching them to meet sales and service goals. The manager may also participate in off-site events and collaborates with stakeholders on initiatives beyond the store. AT&T provides paid leadership training.

Requirements

Excellent communication and leadership skills.
Three or more years of sales and/or customer experience in telecommunications or a related industry.
Prior management experience.
Well-developed planning, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
Familiarity with wireless terminology, industry trends, and AT&T mobility systems.
Ability to collaborate with key stakeholders on initiatives beyond store walls.

Responsibilities

Oversee all aspects of daily retail store operations.
Manage, develop, and coach a team of retail sales consultants to meet sales and service goals.

Meet and exceed sales objectives while ensuring customers receive an extraordinary experience with products and services.
