About The Position

The Retail Store Manager oversees all aspects of daily retail store operations, including merchandising, product launches, and achieving sales objectives. The manager ensures customers receive an extraordinary experience with AT&T products and services, and may conduct outreach and promotional activities, including off-site events. The position involves coaching and developing a team of retail sales consultants to help them meet sales and service goals. AT&T provides paid training for the leadership role.

Requirements

Excellent communication and leadership skills.
Three or more years of sales and/or customer experience in telecommunications or a related industry.
Prior management experience.
Well-developed planning, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
Familiarity with wireless terminology, industry trends, and AT&T mobility systems.
Ability to collaborate with key stakeholders on initiatives beyond store walls.
Bilingual Spanish.

Responsibilities
