About The Position
Lead the retail store in Springfield, Virginia, overseeing daily operations and managing and developing a team. Responsibilities span merchandising, product launches, and meeting or exceeding sales objectives while ensuring customers receive an extraordinary experience with AT&T products and services. Conduct additional outreach and promotional activities, including off-site events as needed. Receive paid training and coach retail sales consultants to help them meet sales and service goals.
Requirements
- Three or more years of sales and/or customer experience in telecommunications or a related industry.
- Prior management experience.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills.
- Well-developed planning, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
- Familiarity with wireless terminology, industry trends, and AT&T mobility systems.
- Ability to collaborate with key stakeholders on initiatives beyond store walls.
- Bilingual Spanish.
Responsibilities
- Oversee all aspects of the daily operation of a retail store.
