Bilingual Spanish Assistant Retail Store Manager
About The Position
The Assistant Retail Store Manager partners with a store manager to oversee the daily operation of an AT&T retail store. The role helps manage and develop the team, supports merchandising and product launches, and contributes to meeting and exceeding sales objectives while ensuring customers receive an extraordinary experience with AT&T products and services. The assistant manager coaches retail sales consultants toward sales and service goals and receives paid training to support leadership success. The posting notes that bilingual employees may receive additional starting pay and lists Spanish and English as the languages sought.
Requirements
- Speak Spanish and English.
- Three or more years of sales and/or customer experience in telecommunications or a related industry.
- Prior management experience.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills.
- Well-developed planning, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
- Familiarity with wireless terminology, industry trends, and AT&T mobility systems.
- Ability to collaborate with key stakeholders on initiatives beyond store walls.
- Strategic perspective and ability to champion change.
- Ability to inspire a team through high performance, collaboration, and teamwork.
- Ability to use professional expertise to solve problems and analyze issues, take initiative, and create results.
Responsibilities
