Bilingual Spanish Assistant Store Manager
About The Position
The Assistant Store Manager partners with the store manager to oversee the daily operation of an AT&T retail store. The role helps manage and develop the team, supports merchandising and product launches, and works to meet and exceed sales objectives while ensuring customers receive an excellent experience with AT&T products and services. It also includes outreach and promotional activities, including off-site events as needed. The position coaches retail sales consultants to help them achieve sales and service goals, with paid training provided to support leadership development.
Requirements
- Excellent communication and leadership skills.
- Three or more years of sales and/or customer experience in telecommunications or a related industry.
- Prior management experience.
- Well-developed planning, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
- Familiarity with wireless terminology, industry trends, and AT&T mobility systems.
- Ability to collaborate with key stakeholders on initiatives beyond store walls.
- Strategic perspective and ability to champion change.
- Ability to inspire a team through high performance, collaboration, and teamwork.
- Ability to use professional expertise to solve problems and analyze issues.
- Initiative and a focus on striving for and creating results.
Responsibilities
- Partner with the store manager to oversee the daily operation of a retail store.
- Help manage, develop, and coach a team of retail sales consultants.
- Assist with merchandising and product launches.
- Help meet and exceed sales objectives and ensure customers have an extraordinary experience with AT&T products and services.
- Perform outreach and promotional activities, including off-site events as needed.
- Support sales and service goals through team leadership, collaboration, and problem-solving.
