Bilingual Spanish Assistant Store Manager
About The Position
The Assistant Store Manager partners with a store manager to oversee the daily operation of an AT&T retail store. The role supports merchandising and product launches, helps meet and exceed sales objectives, and ensures customers receive an extraordinary experience with AT&T products and services. The Assistant Store Manager also performs outreach and promotional activities, including off-site events as needed, and coaches retail sales consultants to help them meet sales and service goals. Paid training is provided to support leadership success. Spanish and English bilingual ability is sought, and additional starting pay may be available for bilingual employees.
Requirements
- Excellent communication and leadership skills.
- Three or more years of sales and/or customer experience in telecommunications or a related industry.
- Prior management experience.
- Well-developed planning, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
- Familiarity with wireless terminology, industry trends, and AT&T mobility systems.
- Ability to collaborate with key stakeholders on initiatives beyond store walls.
- Strategic perspective and ability to champion change.
- Ability to inspire a team through high performance, collaboration, and teamwork.
- Professional expertise in solving problems and analyzing issues.
- Initiative and a focus on creating results.
- Spanish and English bilingual ability.
