About The Position

Mobily is seeking a bilingual Retail Store Manager to lead the sales and operations of a store in Raleigh, North Carolina. The manager drives business performance and team success by leading by example, coaching employees, and ensuring a seamless customer experience. The role includes managing inventory, launching new products and services, and maintaining an effective store operation. The position offers base pay plus commission and uncapped bonus potential.

Requirements

Fluent in English and Spanish.
Two years of proven retail sales management experience, including interactive and commissioned sales.
Two years of experience recruiting, hiring, and developing successful store sales teams.
Excellent sales skills and demonstrated ability to meet or exceed performance standards.
Ability to motivate, lead, and develop others.
Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays, according to business needs.
Ability to operate a personal computer, wireless equipment, copier, and fax.
Effective communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Reliable transportation to assist at other locations within a 30-minute radius of the home store when needed.
Valid driver's license and auto insurance.

Responsibilities

Inspire the team to exceed sales goals and provide excellent customer service.
Create an environment where employees can thrive and grow.
Launch new products and services in coordination with the District Manager and other key partners.
Train and develop the team to sell confidently and knowledgeably.
Maintain a clean, welcoming, and efficient store environment.
Work actively on the sales floor to coach and motivate employees.
Handle administrative duties, including compliance and reporting.
Own the store's sales and operations, including inventory management.
