Bilingual Retail Store Manager I
About The Position
Mobilelink is hiring a full-time Retail Store Manager to lead the sales and operations of a Cricket Wireless retail store in Burlington, North Carolina. The manager is responsible for driving business performance and team success, delivering exceptional customer experiences, and supporting the company’s nationwide expansion. The role includes leading by example on the sales floor, coaching employees, managing inventory and store administration, and launching new products and services in partnership with the District Manager and other key partners. The position offers a base salary plus commission, with stated unlimited earning potential. The schedule is an 8-hour shift on weekdays and most Saturdays, with flexible hours that may include evenings and weekends.
Requirements
- At least 1 year of retail sales management experience, preferably in a commissioned sales environment.
- Fully bilingual in English and Spanish.
- Passion for leading, recruiting, and developing teams.
- Strong sales skills and drive to exceed performance standards.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.
- Strong communication, organizational, and technology skills.
- Reliable transportation and a valid driver’s license.
