About The Position
Mobily is hiring a Bilingual Retail Store Manager to lead the sales and operations of a store in Colorado Springs, Colorado. The manager is responsible for driving business performance and team success, leading by example, coaching employees, and delivering a seamless customer experience. The role includes managing inventory, launching products and services in coordination with the District Manager and other partners, and maintaining a clean, welcoming, and efficient store. The manager is expected to work an eight-hour shift on weekdays and every Saturday, with flexible hours that may include evenings and holidays according to business needs.
Requirements
- Fluent spoken English and Spanish.
- Two years of proven retail sales management experience, including interactive sales and commissioned sales.
- Two years of experience recruiting, hiring, and developing successful store sales teams.
- Strong sales skills and demonstrated ability to meet or exceed performance standards.
- Ability to motivate, lead, and develop others.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays as business needs require.
- Ability to operate a personal computer, wireless equipment, copier, and fax.
- Effective communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Reliable transportation to assist at other locations within a 30-minute radius of the home store when needed.
- Valid driver’s license and auto insurance.

- Train and develop the team to sell confidently and knowledgeably.

- Work actively on the sales floor to coach and motivate employees.
- Handle administrative duties, including compliance and reporting.
- Manage inventory.
