Retail Store Cleanliness Team Member
About The Position
The Retail Store Cleanliness Team Member delivers friendly customer service, helps customers find products and solutions, and provides a fast, friendly checkout experience. The role supports store operations through truck unloading, stocking, planogram execution, merchandise recovery, returns, inventory optimization, and assigned ad-set duties. Team members also assist with online order processes, promote customer programs, support shrink and safety initiatives, and follow company procedures and policies. The position includes cross-training in Custom Framing sales and production and other duties as assigned. This role is performed in a public retail store. Public areas are climate controlled, while some stock rooms may not be. Some outdoor work may be required when retrieving carts or unloading trucks. The work hours include nights, weekends, and early mornings. Applicants must meet applicable federal, state, and local job requirements, and must be at least 16 years old.
Requirements
- Must be at least 16 years old.
- Must satisfy applicable federal, state, and local legal requirements of the job.
- Ability to remain standing for long periods.
- Ability to move throughout the store.
- Ability to bend, lift, carry, reach, and stretch regularly.
- Ability to lift heavy boxes and access high shelves using a ladder or similar equipment.

Responsibilities
- Help customers shop, locate products, and find solutions.
- Provide a fast and friendly checkout experience and handle cash according to standards.
- Engage customers about the Rewards program and Private Label Credit Cards and complete enrollments.
- Educate customers about the Voice of Customer (VOC) survey.
- Assist with omnichannel processes, including Buy Online Pickup in Store (BOPIS) and Ship From Store (SFS).
- Participate in truck unloading, stocking, and planogram (POG) processes.
- Complete merchandise recovery and maintenance, including returns and general store recovery, to support a well-merchandised and in-stock store.
- Perform Store In Stock Optimization (SISO) and ad-set duties as assigned.
- Support shrink and safety programs.
- Follow standard operating procedures, company programs, applicable laws and requirements, policies, and standards.
- Interact with others in an accepting and respectful manner, remain positive in difficult situations, promote the organization’s vision and values, and serve as a positive role model.
- Cross-train in Custom Framing sales and production.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
