About The Position

As a Retail Store Associate for Merrell, you will help ensure customers have an exceptional in-store experience, from selecting footwear to styling an outfit. You will provide authentic customer service, share product knowledge, support sales goals, and help maintain store operations and standards. The role is based in a retail environment and requires availability to work weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Create memorable customer experiences by providing authentic customer service.
• Achieve sales targets and performance metrics.
• Interact with customers, educate them about products, and build rapport and lasting relationships.
• Maintain front- and back-of-store standards, including visual merchandising, managing deliveries, and replenishing stock.
• Assist with loss prevention and follow health and safety procedures.
• Manage cash and follow policies and procedures for security, health and safety, and stock accuracy.
• Encourage customer loyalty by discussing upcoming collection launches and obtaining customer data.
