About The Position

Wolverine Worldwide is seeking a seasonal Retail Store Associate for Merrell. The role focuses on delivering an exceptional in-store customer experience by providing authentic service, helping customers select footwear and apparel, and educating them about products. Associates also support sales goals, store operations, visual merchandising, stock replenishment, deliveries, loss prevention, cash management, and applicable security and health and safety procedures. Holiday availability during November and December is required. The position is based in a retail environment.

Responsibilities

• Create memorable customer experiences through authentic customer service.
• Achieve sales targets and performance metrics.
• Interact with customers, educate them about products, and build rapport and lasting relationships.
• Maintain front-of-store and back-of-store standards, including visual merchandising, delivery management, stock replenishment, loss prevention support, and compliance with health and safety procedures.
• Manage cash and follow policies and procedures for security, health and safety, and stock accuracy.
• Encourage customer loyalty by discussing upcoming collection launches and obtaining customer data.
• Perform duties consistent with the Company’s AAP/EEO goals and policies.
