About The Position

Wolverine Worldwide is hiring a seasonal temporary Retail Store Associate for Merrell. The associate helps customers have an exceptional in-store experience, from selecting footwear to styling outfits, while representing the brand and its lifestyle. The role includes providing authentic customer service, supporting sales goals, maintaining store standards, and contributing to a positive, safe retail environment.

This position is based in a retail environment. Retail sales experience is preferred but not required. Candidates must have a high school diploma or equivalent and be available to work a flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays. The role is for U.S. candidates only. Responsibilities

• Create memorable customer experiences by providing authentic customer service.
• Achieve sales targets and performance metrics.
• Interact with customers, educate them about products, and build rapport and lasting relationships.
• Maintain front- and back-of-store standards, including visual merchandising, managing deliveries, replenishing stock, supporting loss prevention, and following health and safety procedures.
• Manage cash and follow policies and procedures for security, health and safety, and stock accuracy.
• Encourage customer loyalty by discussing upcoming collection launches and obtaining customer data.
• Perform duties consistent with the Company’s AAP/EEO goals and policies.
