About The Position

Wolverine Worldwide is seeking a Seasonal/Temporary Retail Store Associate for Merrell. The associate helps ensure customers have an exceptional in-store experience, from selecting footwear to styling outfits. The role involves customer service, sales, product education, store upkeep, inventory replenishment, cash management, and following company policies and safety procedures. The position is based in a retail environment and is intended for US candidates only.

Responsibilities

• Create memorable customer experiences through authentic customer service.
• Achieve sales targets and performance metrics.
• Interact with customers, educate them about products, and build rapport and lasting relationships.
• Maintain front-of-store and back-of-store standards, including visual merchandising, managing deliveries, stock replenishment, loss prevention support, and compliance with health and safety procedures.
• Manage cash and follow policies and procedures for security, health and safety, and stock accuracy.
• Encourage customer loyalty by discussing upcoming collection launches and obtaining customer data.
• Perform duties consistent with the Company’s AAP/EEO goals and policies.
