Responsibilities

• Create memorable customer experiences through authentic customer service.
• Achieve sales targets and performance metrics.
• Interact with customers, educate them about products, and build rapport and lasting relationships.
• Maintain front- and back-of-store standards, including visual merchandising, delivery management, stock replenishment, loss prevention, and health and safety procedures.
• Manage cash and follow policies and procedures for security, health and safety, and stock accuracy.
• Encourage customer loyalty by discussing upcoming collection launches and obtaining customer data.
• Perform duties consistent with the Company’s AAP/EEO goals and policies.
