About The Position

Wolverine Worldwide is hiring a seasonal temporary Retail Store Associate for Merrell. The associate helps customers have an exceptional in-store experience by providing authentic service, helping them select footwear and style outfits, and sharing product knowledge. The role also supports sales goals, store operations, merchandising, inventory, cash management, and safety and security procedures. The position is based in a retail environment and requires schedule flexibility, including availability to work weekends and holidays.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Provide authentic customer service and create memorable customer experiences.
• Achieve sales targets and performance metrics.
• Interact with customers, educate them about products, and build rapport and lasting relationships.
• Maintain front- and back-of-store standards, including visual merchandising, managing deliveries, and replenishing stock.
• Support loss prevention and follow health and safety procedures.
• Manage cash and follow policies and procedures for security, health and safety, and stock accuracy.
• Encourage customer loyalty by discussing upcoming collection launches and obtaining customer data.
