About The Position

Wolverine Worldwide is hiring a Seasonal Temporary Retail Store Associate for Merrell. The associate helps customers have an exceptional in-store experience by providing authentic customer service, assisting with footwear and outfit selections, and sharing product knowledge. The role also supports sales goals, store operations, merchandising, inventory, cash management, loss prevention, and health and safety procedures. The position is in a retail environment. Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Flexible schedule and availability to work weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Create positive customer experiences through authentic customer service.
• Achieve sales targets and performance metrics.
• Interact with customers, educate them about products, and build rapport and lasting relationships.
• Maintain front- and back-of-store standards, including visual merchandising.
• Manage deliveries and maintain stock replenishment.
• Support loss prevention and follow health and safety procedures.
• Manage cash and follow security, health and safety, and stock accuracy policies and procedures.
• Encourage customer loyalty by discussing upcoming collection launches and obtaining customer data.
