About The Position

Wolverine Worldwide is hiring a seasonal temporary Retail Store Associate for Merrell. The associate helps provide exceptional in-store customer experiences by offering authentic service, assisting customers with footwear and apparel selections, and sharing product knowledge. The role also supports store sales goals and daily store operations, including merchandising, deliveries, stock replenishment, cash management, loss prevention, and adherence to security, health, and safety procedures.

Responsibilities

• Create positive customer experiences by providing authentic customer service.
• Achieve sales targets and performance metrics.
• Interact with customers, educate them about products, and build rapport and lasting relationships.
• Maintain front- and back-of-store standards, including visual merchandising, managing deliveries, and replenishing stock.
• Assist with loss prevention and follow health and safety procedures.
• Manage cash and follow policies and procedures for security, health and safety, and stock accuracy.
• Encourage customer loyalty by discussing upcoming collection launches and obtaining customer data.
