About The Position

Wolverine Worldwide is seeking a Retail Store Associate for Merrell. The associate helps deliver an exceptional in-store experience by providing authentic customer service, assisting customers with footwear and apparel selections, and sharing product knowledge. The role also supports sales goals and store operations, including visual merchandising, deliveries, stock replenishment, loss prevention, cash management, and health and safety procedures.

Responsibilities

• Create memorable customer experiences through authentic customer service.
• Achieve sales targets and performance metrics.
• Interact with customers, educate them about products, and build rapport and lasting relationships.
• Maintain front- and back-of-store standards, including visual merchandising, managing deliveries, and replenishing stock.
• Support loss prevention and follow health and safety procedures.
• Manage cash and follow policies and procedures for security, health and safety, and stock accuracy.
• Encourage customer loyalty by discussing upcoming collection launches and obtaining customer data.
