About The Position

Wolverine Worldwide is seeking a Retail Store Associate for Merrell. The associate helps customers have an exceptional in-store experience, from selecting footwear to styling outfits. The role includes delivering authentic customer service, meeting sales targets, educating customers about products, and maintaining store standards. Associates also support store operations, including deliveries, stock replenishment, visual merchandising, loss prevention, cash management, security, health and safety, and stock accuracy. The position is in a retail environment and requires flexible availability, including weekends and holidays.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Create memorable customer experiences by providing authentic customer service.
• Achieve sales targets and performance metrics.
• Interact with customers, educate them about products, and build rapport and lasting relationships.
• Maintain front- and back-of-store standards, including visual merchandising, managing deliveries, and replenishing stock.
• Assist with loss prevention and follow health and safety procedures.
• Manage cash and follow policies and procedures for security, health and safety, and stock accuracy.
• Encourage customer loyalty by discussing upcoming collection launches and obtaining customer data.
• Perform duties consistent with the Company’s AAP/EEO goals and policies.
