Responsibilities

• Create memorable customer experiences by providing authentic customer service.
• Achieve sales targets and performance metrics.
• Educate customers about products, build rapport, and develop lasting customer relationships.
• Maintain front- and back-of-store standards, including visual merchandising, deliveries, and stock replenishment.
• Support loss prevention and follow health and safety procedures.
• Manage cash and follow policies and procedures for security, health and safety, and stock accuracy.
• Encourage customer loyalty by discussing upcoming collection launches and obtaining customer data.
