About The Position
City Mill is seeking a hardworking, customer-focused Retail Store Associate to provide friendly, fast, and professional service. The associate helps customers find solutions, keeps the store clean, organized, and inviting, and supports a range of store functions. The role includes operating the POS system, answering customer inquiries, recommending product improvements, stocking and merchandising products, and performing general store upkeep. The ideal candidate is adaptable, communicates and works well with others, follows company policies and procedures, and is willing to learn additional store functions, product knowledge, and selling strategies.
Requirements
- High school degree or GED.
- At least 12 months of equivalent experience in a related field, such as customer service, retail, or sales.
- Ability to operate a cash register, calculator, telephone, and personal computer as needed.
- Strong communication and teamwork skills.
- Adaptability and willingness to learn other store functions.
Responsibilities
- Provide friendly, fast, and professional customer service.
- Assist customers with inquiries and help them find solutions.
- Operate the POS system.

- Stock and merchandise products.
