About The Position

The Retail Stocking Manager is a full-time leadership role on a high-performing retail team. The position is suited to someone with recent leadership experience who is passionate about advancing a retail career. The anticipated pay range is $23.50–$25.85 per hour, depending on location, knowledge, skills, education, and experience. The role is also eligible for a monthly bonus. Associates work during store operating hours of 6 a.m. to 10 p.m., with respectful scheduling. Responsibilities

Ensure and model professional customer service.
Maintain a safe, clean, and organized store.
Cross-train in all areas of store operations, including Stocking/Sales Associate duties and responsibilities.
Lead, coach, and develop others.
Serve as Leader on Duty as scheduled.
Be a subject matter expert in the role and model “Great Place To Work” behaviors.
Ensure items are in stock and priced correctly.
Perform other duties as assigned.
