Retail Stocking Manager
About The Position
The Retail Stocking Manager is a full-time leadership role on a high-performing retail team. The position is suited to someone with recent leadership experience and an interest in advancing a retail career. The role includes leadership and development of associates, customer service, store operations, and stocking responsibilities. The anticipated pay range is $23.00–$25.30 per hour, depending on location, knowledge, skills, education, and experience, with eligibility for a monthly bonus. Schedules are during store operating hours of 6 a.m.–10 p.m. The company is closed on Thanksgiving, Christmas, and Easter.

- Recent leadership experience.
Responsibilities
- Ensure and model professional customer service.
- Maintain a safe, clean, and organized store.
- Cross-train in all areas of store operations, including Stocking/Sales Associate duties and responsibilities.
- Lead, coach, and develop others.
- Serve as Leader on Duty as scheduled.
- Be a subject matter expert in the role and model “Great Place To Work” behaviors.
- Ensure items are in stock and priced correctly.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
