About The Position

The Retail Stocking Manager is a full-time leadership position on a high-performing retail team. The role is suited to someone with recent leadership experience who is passionate about advancing a retail career. The anticipated pay range is $25.00–$27.50 per hour, depending on location, knowledge, skills, education, and experience. The position is eligible for a monthly bonus. Associates receive comprehensive benefits and paid time off. Store operating hours are 6 a.m.–10 p.m., with respectful scheduling.

Responsibilities

• Ensure and model professional customer service.
• Maintain a safe, clean, and organized store.
• Cross-train in all areas of store operations, including Stocking/Sales Associate duties and responsibilities.
• Lead, coach, and develop others.
• Serve as Leader on Duty as scheduled.
• Be a subject matter expert in the role and model “Great Place To Work” behaviors.
• Ensure items are in stock and priced correctly.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
