About The Position

The Retail Stocking Manager is a full-time role on a high-performing retail team. The position involves supporting store operations, modeling professional customer service, maintaining a safe and organized store, and leading, coaching, and developing associates. The role also serves as Leader on Duty as scheduled and helps ensure merchandise is in stock and priced correctly. The anticipated pay range is $25.50–$28.05 per hour, depending on location, knowledge, skills, education, and experience. The position is eligible for a monthly bonus. Associates receive comprehensive benefits and accrue paid time off, including floating and paid holidays, as well as paid sick time. Store operating hours are 6 a.m. to 10 p.m.; the posting describes schedules as respectful. The company is closed on Thanksgiving, Christmas, and Easter.

Responsibilities

Ensure and model professional customer service.
Maintain a safe, clean, and organized store.
Cross-train in all areas of store operations, including Stocking/Sales Associate duties and responsibilities.
Lead, coach, and develop others.
Serve as Leader on Duty as scheduled.
Be a subject matter expert in the role and model “Great Place To Work” behaviors.
Ensure items are in stock and priced correctly.
Perform other duties as assigned.
