About The Position

The Retail Stocking Manager is a full-time leadership role for someone with recent leadership experience who is passionate about advancing a career in retail. The role is part of a high-performing team and includes opportunities to lead, coach, and develop others, with a clear path to promotion and continuous leadership development. The anticipated pay range is $27.00–$29.70 per hour, depending on location, knowledge, skills, education, and experience. The position is also eligible for a monthly bonus.

Associates accrue up to 152 hours per year of paid time off, inclusive of PTO, floating holidays, and paid holidays, and may receive up to 64 hours of paid sick time per year unless otherwise required by law. Scheduling is described as respectful and takes place during operating hours of 6 a.m. to 10 p.m. The company is closed on Thanksgiving, Christmas, and Easter.

Responsibilities

• Ensure and model professional customer service.
• Maintain a safe, clean, and organized store.
• Cross-train in all areas of store operations, including stocking and sales associate duties and responsibilities.
• Lead, coach, and develop others.
• Serve as Leader on Duty as scheduled.
• Be a subject matter expert in the role and model “Great Place To Work” behaviors.
• Ensure items are in stock and priced correctly.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
