About The Position

The Retail Stock employee supports store logistics and customer order fulfillment. The role receives, unloads, unpacks, and delivers merchandise to selling departments; fulfills, prepares, and ships customer orders; and uses inventory management systems to scan, process, and research merchandise shipments. It also helps maintain clean, organized selling floors and stockrooms and provides general store support, such as setting up special events, organizing the backroom, completing markdowns, and relocating store fixtures. The ideal candidate is independent, motivated, results oriented, and committed to outstanding customer experiences. This is a seasonal position at International Plaza. Work requires continuous movement for 6–8 hours per shift, frequent bending, twisting, squatting, flexing, and reaching, and frequent hand use for grasping, fine manipulation, pushing, and pulling. Employees handle bulky or awkward items, including reaching and lifting items overhead. The posting describes lifting items weighing up to 10 pounds regularly and up to 25 pounds occasionally, as well as frequently lifting and carrying up to 25 pounds and occasionally up to 50 pounds. The stated pay range is $16.20–$16.85 per hour. Pay offers depend on location and job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. The position may be eligible for performance-based incentives or bonuses. Responsibilities

Receive, unload, unpack, and deliver newly arrived merchandise to selling departments.
Fulfill customer orders in a timely manner while following quality standards.
Prepare and ship customer orders according to quality, packing, and shipping standards.
Use inventory management systems to scan, process, and research merchandise shipments in accordance with inventory control processes.
Help maintain clean and organized selling floors and stockrooms.
Provide general store support, including setting up special events, organizing the backroom, completing markdowns, and relocating store fixtures.
